About Aemote Professional
Aemote Professional is the therapist-facing portal at pro.aemote.app. It is the companion to the Aemote mobile app, where clients track emotions and work through the Change Triangle between sessions. The portal lets wellness and mental health professionals stay connected to the clients they support, on the client’s terms.
Who it’s for
Aemote Professional is for licensed and certified wellness and mental health professionals — therapists, counsellors, and coaches — who use the Change Triangle or emotion-focused work with their clients. Accounts are limited to verified professionals.
Client-controlled sharing
Connections start with the client. A professional generates a six-character connection code; the client enters it in the Aemote app to connect. Clients choose what they share, and they can mark any entry private or end the connection at any time. You only ever see what a client has chosen to share.
Session transcripts
The portal also includes a session transcript tool. Paste or upload a transcript and it is coded turn by turn against the Change Triangle, with a clinical summary you can edit or write yourself, and a branded PDF to export. You can alias names before anything is processed. You can control what to leave out including identifying details or protected health information.
Privacy by default
Private entries never leave the client’s device boundary to a professional. We show shared data descriptively, never as a judgement of whether a client is doing well or badly. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How we handle data
Aemote acts as the data controller for professional account data and as a data processor for the client information you are given access to. We comply with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. See the Terms of Service for the full agreement.
